Egg is the first
choice if you want to have a quick breakfast. The nutrition in one egg can hold

affect the calorie in an egg that’s by cooking it. According to USDA, one poach
egg contains 72 calories, one boiled egg contains 78 calories, and a fried egg
contains 90 calories. The higher calories is in a scrambled egg which is
contains some milk that makes the calories even higher. The calories of one egg
will increase if you cook it with fat like butter or an oil. If you added some
toppings on it like sausages, cheese even a vegetables, it will increase the
calories more.
