Pomegranate, a
superfood that makes your heart healthy
Heart disease is the
most dangerous disease. People who already aware of this disease started a healthier
life. It’s not just to change their menu, but they start to have an exercise
too. Now, the trend of superfood which came from nabati such as seeds,
vegetables and fruits that have a lot of nutritions so it must be good for your
health. One of the superfood is a pomegranate. This round-shaped fruit is small and the amount of the seeds are as much as 20% from the total
weight of the fruit itself. Pomegranate
contains a natural oils including linoleat acid and omega-3 fatty acid. The
other is an antioxidant like polifenol, vitamin, and mineral. The antioxidant
in the pomegranate can decrease the bad cholesterol and increase the good one.
You can eat it directly or processed it into a juice.

DeletePomegranate is seasonal fruit. I can't eat it whenever I want it. And pomegranate is expensive.
