WHY LISTENING TO
MUSIC IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH
Usually, when we
bored, we will listen to a music. Listen to a music can boost your mood up.
There’s no doubt that listening to your favorite music can instantly put you in
a good mood. It can make you feel more relax, happier, lower your stress, and
even improves your health. Yeah! It can improves your health. Why is that? Listening
to music that you enjoy decreases levels of the stress hormone cortisol in your
body, which counteracts the effects of chronic stress. This is an important
finding since stress causes 60% of all our illness and disease. There’s one
study showed that if you actively participated in making music by playing
various percussion instruments and singing, their immune system will be boost
even more than if they passively listened.
